Pricing questions
How many credits does each randori cost?
One credit per person, per confirmed randori. Both participants are charged one credit when the result is confirmed — and nothing is charged if the reports disagree, if the session is cancelled, or if it expires.
What do I get to start?
Every new account starts with 50 free credits, enough for 50 confirmed randori. After that you buy a credit pack or go Unlimited.
Is Unlimited worth it?
If you take part in more than roughly 14–20 randori a month, Unlimited (£6.99/month) costs less than buying packs at the same rate — and it removes credit spending on confirmed randori entirely.
Do I pay if a result is never confirmed?
No. Credits are only spent when both partners submit matching reports and the randori is recorded.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled through Stripe support and reconciled back to your credits.
